Orders placed during our working hours may be eligible for same-day delivery, depending on location and order volume. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver as efficiently as possible.
📦 Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed outside working hours will be processed the next business day.
🕐 Delivery Hours
- Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Orders placed during these hours may be delivered the same day when possible.
💰 Delivery Fees
- Delivery charges vary depending on your location within Qatar.
- The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Orders over 200 QR qualify for free delivery.
📍 Missed Deliveries & Returns
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply.
- Refunds do not include the original delivery fee.
