  • At La Closière Trading Company, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a simple and transparent process for returning or exchanging products purchased from our online store within Qatar. Please keep your original receipt to help process your request.

Who Can Request a Return or Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are available after the product has been delivered and received by the customer or designated receiver.
  • Please note returns and exchanges are subject to a fee, except for defective or damaged products, which are refunded or exchanged free of charge within Qatar.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging in the same condition as purchased.
  • Any gifts included in promotional offers must be returned with the products to qualify.
  • Discounted or sale items are refunded or exchanged at the original receipt price.
  • Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.


Timeframe for Requests

  • Products in proper condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Products with defects or quality issues can be returned or exchanged within their full expiration period.

Exchange Rules

  • Products can only be exchanged for items of equal value.
  • Online orders can be refunded in full or replaced with the same product.

🌿 How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To ensure a smooth process, please submit your return or exchange request via:

Steps to submit your request:

  1. Include your order number in the message.
  2. List the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Specify the reason for the return or exchange.
  4. Select your preferred method: exchange or refund.
  5. Attach photos of the product and any defects (if applicable). Recommended images:
  • General photo of the product
  • Barcode photo
  • Photo of any defect or issue
  1. Provide a pickup address for the returned product. If it’s an exchange, provide a delivery address for the new item.

Your request will be reviewed by our team within 3–10 business days. Once approved, you will be notified with the next steps to complete the return or exchange.


Tracking and Processing

  • Requests will appear in your account as “Return/Exchange Request” (if using a customer portal).
  • After review, the status will change to Approved or Denied.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Bank processing times may take up to 30 days.
  • Exchanges can be tracked directly with our support team via WhatsApp or email.
  • If a request is denied, an official response will be sent to your email.

💰 Payment Notes

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Digital gift card payments will be refunded to a new gift card, with details sent via email.
  • If points were used to pay for the order, points will be returned proportionally within 24 hours of approval.
